We launched the Falkor Food Truck in 2017 to bring fresh crafted East -West Flavor to the Philadelphia Suburbs. We prepare our food with fresh local ingredient infused with fine eastern flavors and bring you made to order dishes normally reserved for fine dining - right out of our truck!

Falkor Fusion
A family history of food and restaurants planted the seed for Chef Joe to pursue his culinary training in international cuisine. Chef honed his skills on the main line of Philadelphia, known for its wide range of fine dining and catering to the discriminating foodies of Philadelphia and the region. Our Asian-Fusion Fare represents Chef Joe's desire to serve food he enjoys, and offers a unique and delicious experience unlike any other.
Taste Like Luck
Driven to serve great food, Falkor Fusion hit the scene and became a sell-out favorite. We quickly became an in-demand truck at local and regional events, schools and businesses. Our Fusion Egg Rolls represent a fantastic combination of Chinese and Vietnamese influence, and became such a popular item, we are now bringing this to QVC for all to enjoy.
